I must say I’m a little miffed. I missed a question that stated that war was outlawed in 1928 with the Kellogg-Briand pact. I think that the quiz is making that little treaty stronger than it actually was.

I’m with PJ on this one. I think 1947, when the IMT used the Pact to impose individual criminal responsibility for crimes against peace, is a better answer.
