strange that Justice Bhandari’s bio on the Osgoode Hall poster says that “He currently serves as a senior judge in the Supreme Court of India,” even though he has been a Judge of the ICJ since last year. The source of this is his biography on the ICJ’s website, which is in turn sourced from a CV prepared by the UN for his election to the Court, and continues to read that he is “currently” a judge of the Supreme Court of India (being at the ICJ) (http://www.icj-cij.org/court/index.php?p1=1&p2=2&p3=1&judge=197). Sloppiness all around, while a most distinguished Indian jurist clearly doesn’t want to leave the Indian Supreme Court!
