Opinio Juris is pleased to welcome Christopher Le Mon as a guest blogger for the next two weeks. Christopher is currently on assignment at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania. He served as a law clerk at the International Court of Justice to Judges Thomas Buergenthal and Vladlen S. Vereshchetin before joining Shearman & Sterling as an associate. He has written on a broad range of international law topics and his current research focuses on transitional justice and international law issues arising from conflict termination, secessionist movements, and self-determination. His SSRN page is here. We look forward to Christopher’s posts and to a lively dialogue with our readers. Welcome!
