Incidentally, in case others don’t know and I’m sure Chris will attest, Brian is a remarkable legal scholar and quite prolific of late! His latest book is rather intriguing and deserving of wide attention: Law as a Means to an End: Threat to the Rule of Law, 2006. He recently won the Inaugural Dennis Leslie Mahoney Prize in Legal Theory (for A General Jurisprudence of Law and Society, 2001).
