Mansha Mohee

Mansha Mohee is a PhD researcher in international law. She teaches international law at the Dickson Poon School of Law. Mansha previously worked on governance in development finance at the African Development Bank Group and on EU-AU cooperation at the European External Action Service.

Mansha’s research focuses on international legal accountability for protracted displacement in Africa, exploring how forcibly displaced persons engage with and contest international legal structures from a postcolonial and refugee-centred perspective. She has published in the areas of international refugee law, international human rights law and international law and development in global contexts with a focus on Africa.

Mansha is particularly interested in the intersections of international law, postcolonialism, and global justice, drawing on interdisciplinary approaches.
