Peter may be amused that there is now a “Sovereignty Caucus” in the U.S. Congress. Not surprisingly, their first target is the Koh nomination. Maybe sovereigntism is quite dead.
Julian – slip of the pen? Maybe it is quite dead, given the somewhat unimpressive sign on (or are those three — none of whom I’ve heard of — just the tip of a congressional iceberg?). Actually I was somewhat taken aback by the response to my last post on the subject, evidence perhaps that even if sovereigntism is clearly on a downward slope it still has a last few breaths in it. Enough to delay the Koh nomination, for example, but not to kill it.
