Reminder about Announcements and Advertising

This friendly reminder is by no means meant to be interpreted as being directed at any of the proponents of the exciting events and announcements in today’s CfP, E&A, and Jobs posts. With that said, we would be remiss if we did not underscore the fact that, for those organizations who wish to announce an event, conference, call for papers, or job vacancy, it is in their best interests to provide us with a one-paragraph description, or synopsis, of their announcement, which includes hyperlinks to external, relevant information. This action is highly recommended if organizations desire to have their announcements posted in a timely manner. As we provide at the end of every ‘Events and Announcements’ post, please send your one-paragraph description with hyperlinks to John Heieck at eventsandannouncements[at]gmail[dot]com. Of course, if your organization wishes to have more prominent placement on Opinio Juris, we offer various advertisement services with very reasonable rates. If you have any questions about those services, you can contact John at the aforementioned email address and he will get back to you. Thank you!

If you would like to post an announcement on Opinio Juris, please contact John Heieck at eventsandannouncements[at]gmail[dot]com with a one-paragraph description of your announcement along with hyperlinks to more information.
