Two New Websites on the UN

I wanted to point out two relatively new websites concerning the UN and international law that have come to my attention. The first is the United Nations and the Individual, a blog co-authored by Otto Spijkers, a Leiden PhD candidate, and Richard Norman, an educator in South Korea with a background in international conflicts. The blog covers a wide range of topics concerning the UN, the ICC and “global values.”

The second, NewSecretaryGeneral.org, focuses on the race for UN Secretary General. It currently has South Korea’s Ban Ki-Moon as ahead in an unofficial straw poll.

Both of these sites are interesting reading as we run up to the opening of the 61st General Assembly.
